AGENT’S RESPONSIBILITY
- It is the agent’s responsibility to provide all gate codes necessary to enter community. If gate code is not correct or we do not have one and have to return to property, a $15.00 trip charge fee will be charged.
- It is the agent’s responsibility to know ALL HOA regulations and codes. This includes whether signage can be put up and signage specifications.
- It is the agent’s responsibility to inform “The Sign Guy” when property has been sold or listing expires so that we can remove the post in a timely manner. If post it missing there will be a fee of $40.00 charged.
- It is the agent’s responsibility to keep credit or debit card up to date with accounting at “The Sign Guy”.
- Services provided Monday – Friday (closed Sat-Sun)
